If your item doesn't live up to your expectations, we'll make it right - here's how:

30-Day Hassle-Free Returns
Unused, undamaged merchandise in its original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To request a return, please email elkgrovebowl@outlook.com and include:
• Your order number
• Product name
• Reason for return

We will email a prepaid return label and return instructions within 48 business hours (business days).

Refunds
Approved returns: Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment within 5 business days of receiving the return.

Shipping costs: Original shipping costs are not refundable. Defective/damaged merchandise may be returned free of charge.

International duties/taxes: Non-refundable (as determined by your country's customs regulations).

Damaged or defective items
Please contact us by email within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage/defect and your order number.

We will promptly replace or refund your item - no returns required!

Guarantee of Quality
All products come with our Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty. If an item fails due to defective material/workmanship under normal use, we will replace it at no charge.

Accidental damage, misuse, or commercial use are excluded.
