We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving the item.

Your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or used, with tags still attached and packaging intact. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once approved:
You have 14 days to return the item for a full refund. Return shipping is at your expense. We will provide you with a return address to ship the item to and refund you.

Damages and Problems:
Please inspect the merchandise upon receipt of your order and if the merchandise is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that it can be evaluated and corrected.

Exchange:
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it, after the return is accepted you can purchase a new item separately.

Refunds:
Once we receive and review your return, we'll let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, we'll automatically issue a refund back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and mail your refund.
