How long does it take to receive my order?
Every piece is made to order—a process taking 1-2 weeks for careful craftsmanship. After that, shipping usually takes 7-14 business days (Standard) or 3-5 business days (Express). So in total, plan for 2-3 weeks. We’ll email tracking details as soon as it ships!

What’s your return policy?
We offer 14-day returns for unworn/unwashed items with tags attached. Just email us at elkgrovebowl@outlook.com to start the process. Returns ship to our Hong Kong studio (you cover return shipping; we handle customs paperwork).

Do you ship worldwide?
Absolutely! We ship globally from Hong Kong. Standard shipping is free for orders over $200 USD. Duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country—these are the customer’s responsibility.

How do I know my size?
Check our [Size Guide] for detailed measurements. For shirts and suits, we recommend measuring a similar garment you own. Still unsure? Email us photos of your measurements—we’ll personally advise you.

Can I customize my order?
